About Ibiza Calm
Set in a 13-hectare Mediterranean garden, Ibiza Calm helps clients struggling with addiction or mental health find long-term wellbeing. Focussing on just 12 clients at a time, each person receives the attention they truly need. With over 10 years in service and a team with decades of experience, they tailor programmes to each client’s treatment goals and preferences.
They accept Cigma International and Bupa Global and offer one-to-one support in several languages, including English, Spanish, French, and Italian.
Combine Clinical Expertise & Holistic Care
Clients follow a carefully guided process to stabilise body and mind, work through deeper causes of distress, and build the tools and confidence for sustainable change. Through one-to-one therapy with senior clinicians 3–5 times weekly and daily group work, clients engage in evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and 12-Step, together with holistic practices such as equine-assisted therapy and art.
Recover in Natural Beauty & Restorative Tranquility
Ibiza Calm is located in northern Ibiza, a short drive from picturesque villages and beaches. Built in the style of an Ibicencan castle, the estate sits among palms, citrus, and olive trees with ample space for walking, relaxation, and contemplation. La Casita is a standalone residence for clients who need complete anonymity, while clients in the main house stay in single-occupancy en-suite rooms. Nutritious meals are designed by on-site chefs, and instructors offer yoga and fitness sessions daily.
Keep Moving toward a Brighter Future
Every client is introduced to the aftercare program before leaving, so they step back into daily life knowing continued support is in place. Weekly online sessions with a psychotherapist give clients a safe space to share, stay connected, and keep building on progress. The team also helps coordinate care with each client’s referring practitioner at home and can discreetly connect alumni for encouragement and support.
