For young adults who are struggling with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, the center offers transitional living options to help empower them to regulate their behavior, focus on education and career progression and learn how to live independently. A large part of the programs at Empower include relapse prevention training. Learning how to identify triggers and manage stress.
